What you can write to us about
- Corrections. If a result, formula or statement looks wrong, tell us which page and why. We check every report against the formula and our tests, and fix confirmed errors.
- Calculator problems. Include the calculator, the values you entered, the unit system (imperial or metric), the result you got and the result you expected. Your browser and device help too.
- Ideas. Suggestions for new calculators, guides or improvements are welcome. We focus on tools based on fixed formulas that stay accurate without constant updates.
- Accessibility. If any part of the site is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard or on your device, please let us know.
- Privacy questions about the site or advertising, as described in our privacy policy.
Before you write
- We can’t look up ratings for a specific vehicle, trailer or hitch. Your owner’s manual, the door-jamb labels, the trailer’s VIN plate and your dealer have the authoritative numbers.
- We can’t give engineering, legal or mechanical advice for a specific setup. For that, talk to your dealer, a qualified hitch installer or a mechanic.
- Many common questions are answered in the FAQ on each calculator page, in our towing guides and on the methodology page.
Response time
We read every message and usually reply within a few business days. We use your email address only to reply to you and don’t add it to any mailing list.
